Once your order is confirmed, we’ll conduct a design for manufacturing (DFM) analysis, reviewing tolerances and specifications to identify any issues before production begins.
STEP 3
Production
Following DFM approval, production begins. Our engineers verify dimensions, tolerances, and cosmetic appearance throughout to ensure parts meet agreed specifications.
STEP 4
Quality Control and Logistics
Finished products pass through IPQC, FQC, and OQC before dispatch. We then coordinate delivery to your location via a trusted logistics partner.
