Our Industrial Plastic Parts Range
We manufacture a wide range of industrial plastic parts, including plastic screws, connectors, fittings, and moulded components, produced in ABS, polypropylene, polycarbonate, PVC, nylon, and other engineering-grade plastics selected to suit the application. Where our standard range doesn’t cover your requirement, we also produce custom OEM components engineered to your specifications.
Our Manufacturing Capabilities
We operate a broad base of injection moulding, tooling, and precision finishing equipment, giving us the flexibility to handle standard components and complex custom builds under one roof.
Insert & Over-Moulding
We specialise in insert moulding and over-moulding, embedding components or combining materials within a single part. This is well suited to parts that need to combine plastic with metal or other inserts within one moulding cycle.
Standard Injection Moulding
Our auto and semi-auto injection moulding lines, 6 automatic horizontal, 7 automatic vertical, 11 semi-auto horizontal, and 4 semi-auto vertical, support everything from prototype runs to high-volume mass production.
In-House Tooling & Precision Lathing
Mould tooling is designed and built in-house, supported by 12 high-precision auto lathing machines and 4 CNC lathing machines, giving us control over lead time and tolerance from design through to finished part.
Industries We Serve

Automotive
Our industrial plastic parts are used in automotive manufacturing for components such as interior trim, door panels, clips, and connectors. Compared with metal alternatives, these parts reduce weight and improve fuel efficiency while giving a better finished appearance.

Electronics
Our industrial plastic components are essential for housing electronic devices such as mobile phones, laptops, televisions, and appliances. They protect and insulate the components inside, with customisation options to match your device.

Furniture Manufacturing
We produce high-quality plastic parts for use in the furniture industry, such as precision-engineered glides, connectors, slides, and shelf supports. These pieces protect surfaces and hold components securely together, while adding load-bearing capacity.

Consumer Goods
Everyday consumer products such as toys, kitchenware, packaging materials, and home appliances utilise our plastic parts. Our components offer a cost-effective option, with the versatility and visual appeal these products require.

Industrial Manufacturing
Machinery and production equipment across a range of industries rely on our plastic components. They hold dimensional stability in service and stand up to wear and corrosive environments.

Construction and Building
In construction and building, our plastic components are used for applications such as rebar spacers, wall plugs and anchors, conduit and cable clips, and pipe fittings. They resist corrosion and impact damage, withstanding on-site handling through to long-term structural use.
Our Manufacturing Process
Step 1
Consultation and Sample Prototyping
Share your 2D/3D drawings and project requirements. Our team will review your specifications and return with feedback and an accurate quotation.
Step 2
Confirmation and Preparation
Once your order is confirmed, our engineers conduct a design for manufacturing (DFM) analysis, reviewing tolerances and specifications to identify any issues before production begins.
Step 3
Production
Following DFM approval, production begins across our automated injection moulding lines. Our engineers verify size, tolerance, and cosmetic appearance throughout to ensure every part meets the agreed specification.
Step 4
Quality Control and
Logistics
All finished products pass through IPQC, FQC, and OQC inspections before dispatch. We then coordinate delivery to your location via a trusted international logistics partner.

Frequently Asked Questions
Industrial plastic parts are components manufactured from engineering plastics for functional use across manufacturing sectors, including fasteners, connectors, housings, and structural fittings. They’re chosen over metal alternatives where weight and corrosion resistance matter, often at a lower cost.
We work across engineering-grade plastics including ABS, polypropylene, polycarbonate, PVC, and nylon. Material selection depends on the mechanical, thermal, and cosmetic requirements of your application, and our sales team can advise on the best fit.
Yes, custom OEM components are a core part of what we do. Send through your 2D/3D drawings, and our engineers will advise on material selection, design optimisation, and manufacturability before quoting.
