Self-designed auto insert molding production lines, systemized management processes, computerized production data analysis systems lead ZATAS towards to Industry 4.0.
In 2018, acquired BSI ISO 28000. 2nd plastic facility (PF02) was set up.
In 2017, acquired TUV ISO 9001:2015.
In 2016, ZATAS implemented WMS (Warehouse Management System) to track materials and goods flowing internally, and SD (Smart Data) to analysed the production efficiency with OEE (Overall equipment effectiveness) in time.
In 2015, new plastic injection facility (PF01) was set up. Monthly capacity is up to 20 million pieces.
Passed TTQS (Talent Quality-management System) for internal skill training in 2015.
Acquired ISO 9001 standard in 2014.
In 2012, plastic injection department was set up. Monthly capacity is up to 7 million pieces.
